From choosing your pet to unboxing the surprise — here's everything you need to know about getting your mystery box.
Choose your pet
Start by picking the box that matches your pet. We cater for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles, fish, and many more. Every box is tailored to the species, so your pet gets goodies that are actually right for them — not just generic treats.
Not sure which box to choose? Our product pages explain exactly which pets each box is designed for. If you have a mixed household, you can even tell us about all your pets and we'll do our best to include something for everyone.
We handpick the goodies
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work. Every single item in your box is chosen by hand — no automated packing lines, no bulk-fill shortcuts. We source treats, toys, and accessories from small makers and trusted suppliers across the UK.
Quality matters to us. We check every item before it goes in the box, and we rotate our selection regularly so repeat customers always get something fresh. Monthly subscriptions tend to be seasonally themed! If you've added a pet name or special note at checkout, we read it — and it influences what we pick.
Unbox the surprise
Your mystery box is packed with care and sent straight to your door. Everything arrives beautifully wrapped — because the unboxing moment is part of the fun. Whether it's for your pet's birthday, a treat-yourself moment, or a gift for a fellow pet lover, it's designed to delight. The box can also be reused as part of the fun!
One-off orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your box is on its way. If you have a monthly subscription, your direct debit runs on the 1st of each month and your box is dispatched and delivered by the end of that month — no action needed.

Can I customise what goes in my box?
The mystery is part of the magic — but you can tell us your pet's name, any allergies or dietary needs, and whether you'd like to add a TikTok unboxing feature. We take all of that into account when handpicking your items.
What if my pet has allergies?
Add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to avoid the relevant ingredients or materials. For severe allergies, please get in touch before ordering so we can advise properly. All products to be double-checked by owners before giving to pets.
How does the monthly subscription work?
Your direct debit is scheduled for the 1st of each month. Your box is then packed and posted during that month, arriving by the end of the month you've paid for — so you're paying one month in advance. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee; just cancel before the 1st to avoid the next charge.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely. At checkout you can mark your order as a gift, add a recipient name, and include a personal message. The box will be packed with gifting in mind.
